Williamsburg Balmoral Society.

The Balmoral Sponsorship Society is a special organization to thank those who have graciously donated money to help run this festival.  Without your generous gift, we could not exist.  So in return, we have organized the Balmoral Sponsorship Society to recognize your generous contributions. The Balmoral Sponsorship Society is comprised of individuals, organizations and corporations who sponsor the Festival. As a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Festival is committed to fostering and promoting Scottish and Celtic heritage and culture. The generous contributions of Balmoral Sponsorship Society make this festival possible.

The annual Balmoral Sponsorship Society Reception is held in the ballroom of the Williamsburg Westpark Hotel, launching the Williamsburg Festival on Friday evening with a splendid welcome ceremony for the guest Clan Chieftain. Sponsors enjoy delightful hors d'oeuvres and an open bar while greeting old friends and making new acquaintances. Guest musicians entertain the sponsors quietly in the background. Although the Clan Chief is the Honored Guest, every Balmoral Sponsorship Society member is honored, since it is their contributions which make the scope, excellence and flair of our Festival possible. We look forward to you joining us as a Balmoral Sponsorship Society member for the 2007 Williamsburg Scottish Festival! On the day of the Festival we also have a reception tent that is manned with a host and has food and drinks. We also have designated parking for Balmoral member, and your name will appear in our program as a sponsor of the Festival. For as low as $50, you will be able get access to the Saturday Balmoral Reception tent and a pass to the designated parking area. For just $25 more, you will also be invited to the Friday night Balmoral Social at the Westpark Hotel.
